"To be honest we were considering changing insurances and even got a few quotes with other companies trying to save money because of being in a financial hardship. I called State Farm and spoke with Jesse, who was great! He was very helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain the billing process and was patient and understanding when we had questions and a couple of changes needing to be made on our policy. He was informative with our home insurance about what is covered and not covered. Overall will definitely recommend this agent!"
