"Truly awful service - contacted the office 5 times about concerns/questions regarding my insurance policy over a period of 5 weeks. First 3 emails have been ignored, at the phone call when I discussed my issues and questions was told I would receive a reply in 24-48 hours. Over a week has passed since, without any reply. I called the office today and no answer. God forbid I need to contact the office for a true emergency - will likely be looking for another agent/company."
