"Great customer service from Kiran Kumari at Cindy Medina's State Farm Office! She took genuine interest in my problem by listening then offering me not one, but multiple solutions to solve my insurance related problem. When we couldn't find answers to certain issues, she told me to give her a few minutes to do some research. I was amazed when she called me back later that day and proved that she had actually researched the problem and had a resolution for me! I cannot remember the last time I've experienced this level of customer service! State Farm is an awesome insurance company!"
